Terms of Service

By enrolling in a course, creating an account, or otherwise using the ALL THE CLASSES website, app, or classroom services ("the Platform"), you (and, for a student under 18, their parent or guardian on their behalf) agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

All information you provide — at enrolment or afterward — must be true, complete and accurate. Materially incorrect information may result in review, suspension, or cancellation of an admission or account.

• Admission is confirmed only after completion of the applicable admission process and the required fee/payment formalities.
• Fees, discounts, instalments, and refund or adjustment matters are governed by the fee policy communicated to you at the time of enrolment for your specific programme.
• Course content, batch timing, assigned faculty, or delivery mode (online/offline/hybrid) may be adjusted when reasonably required for academic or operational reasons, with notice to enrolled students where practical.
• Payments are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay; your use of that payment flow is also subject to Razorpay's own terms.

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance, punctuality, discipline, and respectful behaviour toward faculty, staff, and fellow students, both in the classroom and on the Platform (including the doubt forum and any other interactive feature).

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@alltheclasses.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Study material, recorded lectures, practice sheets, the Micro8 teaching methodology, and other content made available through the Platform are the intellectual property of ALL THE CLASSES (or licensed to us) and are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. They must not be copied, published, or commercially distributed without our written permission.

We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your enrolment, classes, and fees. Photographs, videos, testimonials, or student work may be used by us for promotional purposes only where you (or your parent/guardian) have given appropriate consent — for example, via the testimonial-permission option on our feedback form.

Complaints or grievances should be raised through our front office or by writing to support@alltheclasses.com so they can be properly recorded and resolved.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for a user who materially breaches these Terms (for example, by sharing login credentials, misusing the doubt forum, or providing false information), without affecting any fee obligations already due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

These Terms are subject to the applicable admission/fee policy and any specific written programme terms issued to you. We may update this page from time to time; continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
