1. Who We Are

"ALL THE CLASSES" ("we", "us", "our") operates a coaching institute and its online learning platform, including classroom, home-tuition and online programmes for JEE, NEET, Foundation and Board exam preparation. Our registered centre is at P-40A, First Floor, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Near Ahlcon Public School, New Delhi, 110091. You can reach us at support@alltheclasses.com or +91 96258 52085.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the information you or your parent/guardian give us when enquiring, enrolling, or using the platform:

  • Identity & contact details — name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email address, current address, city/state/PIN code.
  • Academic information — school/board/class, academic session, subjects, previous academic results, attendance records (including NFC-card-based check-in/check-out), test and practice-sheet scores, homework and doubt-forum activity.
  • Parent/guardian information — name, relationship, occupation, phone, email, and an emergency contact for students.
  • Payment information — fee amounts, payment status and transaction references. Card, UPI and net-banking details themselves are collected and processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay, under its own privacy policy — we never see or store your card number or UPI PIN.
  • Employment & KYC information (staff only) — designation, qualifications, employment history, Aadhaar number, PAN, bank account details and identity documents, collected only from employees/faculty as part of formal HR onboarding.
  • Photographs and documents — a profile photo, and admission documents such as ID proof or marksheets, submitted voluntarily for admission or ID-card purposes.
  • Communication records — a summary of calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, demo requests, and front-desk interactions logged by our staff, plus feedback or survey responses you choose to submit.
  • Technical data — login sessions (via a secure cookie), and basic device/browser information our systems log for security purposes (e.g., detecting suspicious login activity).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process enquiries, admissions, and enrolment in a course or batch.
  • To deliver classes, track attendance, assign and evaluate homework/tests/practice sheets, and share academic progress with parents.
  • To collect fees, issue receipts, and manage scholarships or fee adjustments.
  • To communicate with you — class schedules, fee reminders, academic updates, and (only where you have agreed) promotional messages about new programmes.
  • To maintain the security of your account and our systems, and to investigate misuse.
  • To comply with applicable law, and to respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With our own staff, on a need-to-know basis appropriate to their role (e.g., your mentor teacher sees your attendance and scores; front-office staff sees enquiry and fee status; only HR/Super Admin can see KYC and salary details).
  • With Razorpay, to process your course fee payments.
  • With Google and Meta, only to the extent that you interacted with an ad or form on those platforms before becoming a lead — we receive your enquiry details back from them, we do not send your data to them for advertising purposes without your consent.
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid request from a government authority.

5. Data Security

Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed before being saved. Access to sensitive information such as KYC documents, salary details, and student contact information is restricted by role (a teacher, for example, cannot see another branch's financial records). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

6. Data Retention

We retain your academic and fee records for as long as you are enrolled with us and for a reasonable period afterward, to comply with our own record-keeping obligations and to respond to any academic or financial queries about a past enrolment. You may ask us to delete information that we are not legally required to keep — see Section 7.

7. Your Rights

You (or, for a student under 18, their parent/guardian) may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you promotional communications, by writing to support@alltheclasses.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information (e.g., fee/payment records) may need to be retained even after a deletion request, where we have a legal or accounting obligation to keep it.

8. Children's Privacy

Many of our students are minors. Where a student is under 18, their account and enrolment are created and managed with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, who remains the primary point of contact for academic, fee, and communication matters.

9. Cookies & Local Storage

We use an essential login-session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage for small, non-critical preferences (such as a remembered theme or a collapsed menu). These are not used to track you across other websites.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will post the updated policy here with a new "Last updated" date.
